Construction and internal works are complete, restaurants are prepped, the pool is finished, and final touches are being wrapped up. The development team is currently awaiting final approval from the City of Cape Town to connect the building’s water supply. Once received, lodgement will proceed immediately, marking a key milestone before registration and transfer.
