A reminder to investors: there’s a 3-year rental guarantee from transfer with a 4% escalation. We aim to pay the first dividend in October for the period ending in August (the first full quarter of collections). #### ** ** #### BlackBrick Gardens **Transformation in action!** The BlackBrick Gardens construction team is on-site, carefully dismantling the old structure to pave the way for a vibrant new development. May saw the removal of the roof, marking the first step in this exciting transformation. #### One on Anne **Completion:** Waiting for transfer The property is complete, and we’re awaiting the final municipal approvals and an electrical compliance certificate before the transfer is registered. This should be finalised in a few weeks. Investors can look forward to guaranteed net rental returns of 9.5% for 24 months. #### Volley Brooklyn **Status: **Transfer complete All Volley Brooklyn units are now officially under EasyProperties as of May 2024. We plan to distribute dividends in October for the period ending in August (the first full quarter of collections). Construction has also started on Volley Baileys, their second student development. All trades on the EasyProperties platform are subject to the legal terms and conditions to which you agree to be bound. The EasyProperties platform enables users to invest in securities which includes whole shares and fractional share rights (FSRs).
