For instance, if you have purchased a share in a property in 2020, the likelihood is that you will gain capital growth on the purchase price by the time the transfer goes through on project completion. Adding to the enthusiastic take-up by investors is further on-site development through a joint venture with J’Something to create a cultural and entertainment experience called ARTISTRY. According to BlackBrick developer Moritz Wellensiek, the additional 2000m2 over three levels could be the catalyst for the rebirth of Sandton not just as a business node, but as a cultural node that will attract a new generation of South Africans and visitors from around the globe.
